How successful is your Player’s Club program? How cost-effective is it? What’s the best way to analyze and improve your rewards program? How are you measuring and compensating host performance? Is your sales team of hosts proactive or reactive? Do they spend their time in ways that maximize your profitability? The number of questions that we ask ourselves as efficient casino marketers and operators is endless. Get started on the right road to answering these questions and turning higher profits for your property by attending one or both of our latest interactive seminars in the CDC/FPG Seminar Series. Taught by the experts at The Fine Point Group, this in-depth look at two critical disciplines of your business will provide the insights and tools you need to drive rapid and profitable top line growth.
Player’s Club Programs: Rewards Done Right will look at the science of loyalty programs and provide you with the tools to assess your current program as well as strategically and analytically build a compelling, aspirational, profitable program for your players. Through hands-on exercises learn how to determine the number of tiers your program should have, which customers to assign to each tier, and how to offer the right benefits to the right customers. Also, a key element of any successful loyalty program are the promotions that support it. During this interactive workshop we will share our proven methods of properly measuring the effectiveness of promotions.
Player Development: Creating Effective Sales Teams will provide you with the insight and groundwork to evolve your player development staff from simply hosting current players to effectively selling your property to qualified players. Learn how to analyze your hosted player database, create strategies for lead generation that maximize profitability, and structure effective host compensation programs. The seminar includes a real-life interactive case study to help you effectively apply what you’ve learned when you return to your property.
Both seminars are led by executives from The Fine Point Group, “one of the most sought-after consultants in the gaming industry,” according to Global Gaming Business magazine. You will benefit by understanding how they achieve real world marketing successes no matter the economic times.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn from the best and elevate your marketing programs to new levels of effectiveness and profitability!
